characteristics of thriller films.

Thriller films usually consists of a location that is in a busy area with vulnerable people who are accustomed to be in life threatening danger.
This can either be a busy city,or a foreign country which makes it harder for the hero to make his way around the problem and try and save the victim.
The hero is traditionally a muscly and smart man who can be charming yet brave and fierce.through out the years,the hero has normally been a male,however,in recent years women have been taking the lead role if not with the male himself as a sexy female hero.
The women are represented as 'sexy' and good-looking to draw the audience in. In thrillers,the villains identity is usually hidden, hence in our thriller we hid our main characters identity in the first scene. Thriller films tend to capture the audience by having a tragic ending where the main hero gets killed in the process of saving someone else or trying to defeat the villain.
