Thriller Terrorist Moive (Boy From Lebanon: Killer Kid)

The theme that we have used in our coursework is terrorism thriller. We used this as I is not a very common topic of do a thriller opening on and would be quite interesting to watch how it links. After doing some research I found a movie that is a terrorism thriller and came to the conclusion that thriller is normally under a suspenseful story and includes many sub genres which in our case is the theme of terrorism. Part of the research is an example of a terrorism based thriller movie called “Boy From Lebanon: Killer Kid”.


On a secluded militia camp, somewhere in Lebanon, a group of kids are trained to become assassins. One of them will have the honour of travelling to France where a high-profile target is to be eliminated. This is an example of an opening which presented its character representation in a way which gave the audience a feel to the personality of the character The scene starts off with a close up of the face of the main character which shows him facial experwssions. Followed by shots of him training to kill people. He is holding a gun to a mans throat. I find this very interesting the way it is very unexpected for a child to do such things. He being sent to the assassinate president.
