I researched on the kind of film companies that will distribute our thriller film. i researched on a variety which includes Major film companies and Independent film companies. An example of a major film company is Fox entertainment group this company is owned by the News corporation and its subsidiary studios such as
> 20th century fox
>20th century fox animation
>Blue sky Studios
> Fox searchlight pictures
>Fox atomic

20th century Fox belongs to the Motion picture industry. it was founded in May 31st 1935 by fox films-which was found in 1915,it was also founded by the 20th century pictures inc,which was founded in 1933. the 20th century fox has been running for a long time now with its headquarters in Century City,Los Angeles ,California,U.S.
the 20th century distributed many popular films such as star wars,ie age,garfield,x-Men,die hard,alvin and the chipmunks,planet of the apes,home alone,night at the museum and many more.

The 20th century Fox animation was the animated division of fox,this meant that it distributed more of the animated films such as beauty and the beast,however,unfortunately this did not go as well as it was planned,therefore fox animation had to be shut down.


Blue Sky Studio is a subsidiary of 20th century fox,it specializes in animated films with high resolution,computer generated characters. examples of this kind of film is ice age which came out in 2000 and Robots which came out in 2005.
